Added [game:modern/remix/era/hc/sod/cata] extended conditional.
Removed M6's [known:id] extended conditional implementation; all WoW clients now provide a built-in [known] macro conditional.
Added help tooltips for some menu and configuration options.
Fixed an error that occurred when parsing certain misformated arguments to the [form] macro conditional.
