Item slices can now be set to only be shown if the item is equipped.
Updated Masque support. It is now possible to turn Masque on/off without an interface reload; and no longer possible to apply OPie colors to Masque-skinned skins.
World marker slices now use the 4.3 SecureActionButton API.
Updated slice icon selection to work with Patch 4.3.
Resolved an issue preventing quick action settings from sometimes being applied.
Resolved an issue causing AB actions created during combat to do nothing.

Added search to Add a new slice selection in Custom Rings configuration panel.
LibDataBroker launchers may now be added to custom rings as slices.
Changed the default binding of the Portals/Teleports ring to ALT-G.
Changed default mouse wheel scrolling sensitivity to highest value.
Slices may now be removed from custom rings by dragging them sufficiently far out of the slice list in the Custom rings configuration panel.
Fixed an issue where ring names would reappear in the custom rings ring selection dropdown after the corresponding ring is deleted.
Restoring default settings through the OPie Bindings configuration panel will now also restore default per-slice bindings and other bindings.
Custom ring configuration panel now correctly saves the ring if slice order has been altered.
"Allow as quick action" option in the custom ring configuration panel should now be saved correctly.

Added additional mage rings.
Mage armor ring is now marked as internal; used as a sub-ring.
Mage armor ring now includes the correct Frost Armor ability.
Slice outer glow is no longer always shown when using ButtonFacade.
Fixed an issue in the custom rings configuration UI preventing slice options from being set.

Updated Bindings configuration panel: now allows customizing per-slice bindings, and bindings for interaction with nested rings.
The speed of the inner ring rotation animation may now be adjusted.
Custom rings may now be marked as hidden; default nested rings have been marked as such.
Hidden rings will not be displayed in bindings configuration.
Added /opie bind, /opie custom slash commands; removed /ringkeeper.
Removed Spellstone, Firestone slices from default Warlock rings.
