Fixed an issue causing Other Bindings to not trigger correctly when bound to mouse buttons while Make rings top-most behavior option was enabled.

Custom rings can now be set up to be available to all Alliance or all Horde characters.
[in:bfa/zandalar/kul tiras/island] tokens added.
Added a number of additional profession conditionals checking that your character has learned an expansion-specific profession skill: cook3, tail3, tail6, fish5, lw6, lw7, eng2, eng3, eng4, eng5, eng6, eng7.
Updated bundled mage rings.
Nested ring slices will now fade in after a slight delay.
Custom icons placed in Interface/Icons will now appear in OPie icon selection.
Fixed an issue causing Anglers Fishing Raft to not appear in rings when it should, and to appear in rings when it shouldn't.
Fixed an issue preventing Travel Form from being cast within an OPie-triggered /castsequence.
Fixed multiple issue affecting ring and other bindings involving mouse buttons in some circumstances.
Fixed an issue preventing the [jc] conditional from working.
Fixed an error that appeared when an extra action button ability with multiple charges was recharging.

Compatibility update for patch 8.0.1.
You may now use spell:id syntax in place of spell names to cast spells by ID from OPie macros (supported in /cast, /use, /castrandom, /userandom commands, e.g. /cast spell:783 will cast Travel Form).
Fixed an issue causing invalid feedback when attempting to /use a toy.
Fixed an issue causing Moonkin Form to be cancelled when using a built-in Mount slice.

Fixed an issue causing the [spec] conditional in OPie macros, bindings, and slice visibility conditionals to not evaluate correctly on initial login.
Fixed an issue causing the [form:bear/cat/etc] aliases to always evaluate to false.

The [in] extended conditional can now be used to query whether you are on Argus: [in:argus].
Fixed an issue that caused some toys to appear in rings when they really shouldn't have.
Dragging slices in the Custom Rings configuration UI no longer uses a solid black cursor.

You can now use tank1, healer2, mtank3, assist4 (etc) units in OPie-triggered macros and extended conditionals.
These units allow you to target other players in your group based on their role (tank and healer), or group role assignment (main tank or main assist). You can use e.g. /cast [@tank1,exists] Misdirection to cast Misdirection on a tank in a dungeon group.
Added extended conditionals for herbalism, first aid, archaeology, cooking, and fishing professions ([herb][fa][arch][cook][fish]).
Equipment without On Use: abilities now appear at the end of the Items category and can be added to custom rings.
Changed the order in which rings appear in OPie configuration and bindings UI.
Fixed an issue that caused certain toys to not appear in OPie rings on characters who do not have the reputation level necessary to learn the toy.
Fixed an issue that caused static icons for OPie slices using custom graphics to be randomly changed upon client restart. You may need to re-assign the custom slice icons one last time.
Fixed an issue that caused incorrect icon colors to be used for some custom graphics.
Fixed a number of errors which could appear after hovering over a debuff on a friendly nameplate while in a dungeon.
